CID provides a professional and energizing forum to exchange essential market information to facilitate transactions for individual and community prosperity.

Our Membership

Membership in CID is comprised of brokers, agents, property managers, developers, appraisers, lenders, title professionals and other affiliates actively engaged in the business of commercial real estate.

CID strives to represent the common interests of our members while, at the same time, allowing their clients to benefit the experience of over 100 regional commercial specialists working together.

Our Leadership

CID is guided by the collective wisdom of its Board of Directors consisting of a President, 2 Vice Presidents, a Secretary and Treasurer, along with five other Directors. Each member of CID's Board of Directors is elected by our membership in annual elections.

These industry experts contribute hours of uncompensated time in efforts such as this website, organizing continuing education speakers and events, and linking us to our colleagues across the nation. These individuals represent mutliple companies and encourage any and all to participate on committees and seek higher opportunities at the board level.

Our History

CID is a division of COAR (Central Oregon Association of REALTORS®) and was formed by a group of local commercial real estate specialists to focus on issues and opportunities unique to the commercial aspects of property sales, leasing, and management. They created an organized system for sharing information on available properties and the real estate needs of interested parties. Our shared CBA database of property listings offers an extensive pool of commercial and industrial real estate listings for sale and for lease to assist our members and their clients.
